Monofloral heather

Light amber color, intense floral aroma. In the mouth caramel flavor with small bitter notes, balanced.

It is recommended for heart problems, rich in minerals therefore indicated to combat anemia and fatigue.

This honey can crystallize over time, becoming thick. This is quality assurance. In a water bath, without going above 40ºC so that it does not lose its properties, it returns to its original liquid state.
