A honey from organic farming that reflects through its flowers the indomitable personality of the place it comes from, Les Salines, a diverse landscape of steep slopes with a Pyrenean spirit and zoned vegetation of heather, rosemary, strawberry tree, chestnut and molasses.

In the mouth, the sweetness stands out with saline touches and a bitter finish. This honey can crystallize, become thick. It is a guarantee of quality. In a water bath, without exceeding 40º so as not to lose its properties, it returns to its original liquid state.
