What is raw honey?

Raw honey is much more than a natural sweetener. Unlike industrial honeys, often subjected to heat and filtering processes that destroy enzymes, vitamins and antioxidants, our creamy raw honey remains alive, rich and full of essential nutrients. Origin and process

This honey is manually harvested from hives located in protected areas with high-quality wild flora. The mild climate and botanical richness of the Empordà give it unique floral notes and a creamy texture that forms naturally over time, without artificial beating.

Creamy raw honey varieties

To make our honey even more powerful and functional, we offer several blends combined with organic ingredients known for their health properties:

  • Raw honey with certified organic turmeric: anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and digestive. Take 1 teaspoon three times a day or ½ before meals. Important: consult a doctor if pregnant or on medication.
