This honey can crystallize naturally, especially if kept in cool environments. This crystallization is not a defect, but a sign of purity and absence of industrial treatments. To return it to its original liquid state, simply heat it gently in a water bath , without exceeding 40 °C , in order to preserve all its nutritional and therapeutic properties.
