Lemon tree honey from Catalonia

SPRING HARVEST

White color, floral, intense and penetrating aroma that recalls its origin, the lemon flower.

In the mouth, it is a very fine and persistent honey, with acidic notes.

It is attributed with sedative properties, effective against insomnia, and remineralizing for bones and nails.

This honey may crystallize, becoming thick. This is a guarantee of quality. When placed in a water bath, not exceeding 40°C to avoid losing its properties, it returns to its original liquid state.
