Organically produced honey that reflects through its flowers the wild personality of the place where it comes from, the Albera, a landscape with steep cliffs eroded by the sea and the Tramuntana wind, covered by thickets of Mediterranean flowers such as donkey’s head, rosemary, boal heather and steppes .

Straw-colored honey, on the palate the sweetness and spicy touches typical of Mediterranean flowers.

It is important to note that this honey is completely natural and has not been subjected to any heating or filtration process. This means that it may contain some impurities, which are proof of its authenticity . This honey maintains 100% of its natural properties intact .
