Organically produced honey that reflects through its flowers the wild personality of the place where it comes from, Les Salines (Alt Empordà), a diverse landscape of great differences in elevation with a Pyrenean spirit and zoned vegetation of heather, rosemary, arbutus, chestnut trees and honeysuckle .

In the mouth, the sweetness stands out with saline touches and a bitter finish.
